Obtained exclusively from selected autochthonous grapes cultivated on the sunny well exposed vineyards in the hills of our Estate, the vinification of this wine takes place according to the antique Marchesato Podere Casale method. The must remains at lenght at a controlled temperature in natural slow fermentation and the wine then ages in small barriques and refines at lenght in bottle.The result is a high quality wine, with a delicate bouquet, refined characteristic taste.Serv at 9-10° C. |
