The unique, inimitable, white DOC Colli Piacentini
Wine. The must is obtained from the selected autochthonous vines which have always been
cultivated on the sunny well exposed hills of Vicobarone in the Tidone Valley.The
harvesting of these grapes is anticipated and the grapes are left to dry in wooden cases.
They are then crushed slowly and softly and vinification takes place according to the
traditional antique Marchesato Podere Casale method. The free-run juice obtained preserves
the intense aroma and remains at a controlled temperature during a natural slow
fermentation. Slightly straw colored with lime hues, the aroma is delicate, thin, fine
with a characteristic lingering aftertaste. Excellent as an aperitif, with hors d'oeuvres,
pasta or throughout the entire meal. |
