Sparkling Malvasia Colli Piacentini doc secco is obtained from a particular selection of aromatic Malvasia di Candia grapes.
The grapes grown in the well exposed vineyards of the Estate, are harvested by hand, slowly and gently pressed for a traditional vinification in strict observance of the antique Marchesato Podere Casale method.
A long period at controlled temperature preserves the characteristics of the wine.
Intense aroma and characteristic smooth taste. Dry and slightly petillant excellent whit fish, pasta and salame.
Serve at 9° C.
