 PRIVACY RIGHTS  art 7 law 196/2003

With reference to the use of personal data, those concerned have the right to obtain without delay the following:

  1. confirmation of the existance of personal data, even if not yet registered, and the comunication ,in legible form,of the same and its origin, as well as the logic and purpose on which the data is based; the request may be renewed, for valid motives, at intervals of no less than 90 days.
  2. Cancellation, transformation in an anonymous form or suspension of data not in conformity with legislation, including  data for which  conservation is not necessary in relation to the purpose  for which the same has been gathered.
  3. Up-date,correction or integration of data.
  4. Declaration  that  b) and c) have been notified to those in possession of data, with the exception  of cases in which said obligation results impossible or requires means disproportionate with respect to rights defended.
  5. To oppose fully, or in part, for legitimate motives, the use of  personal data, even if pertinant to the motive for which  said data has been collected.
  6. To oppose fully, or in part, use of personal data for commercial information, publicity, direct mailing, market research, interactive commercial comunication, and to be informed the moment said data is divulgated

To assert the above rights, one may confer a written delegation or proxy to persons or associations.
