Dancing under the stars in Vicobarone

It will be a summer of Dancing under the stars and good music. The 2014 summer calendar is full of events in Vicobarone where music and dancing under the stars are the main attractions.

Not only the traditional August events organized by the Comitato Autonomo Festeggiamenti, this summer there will be Sunday night music organized by the Antica Trattoria Del Tempio during the months of June and July.

On the stage prepared by Moreno, the young manager of the Tempio restaurant will host some of the most famous bands of the province.

To unleash to the rhythm of music simply buy a ticket for the evening or have dinner at the Tempio and dancing will be included.

June 1st opens the season with the Mazzoni Band, which offers a wide selection of dance music. Four accordions accompany the soloist Loredana Zambelli, better known as “La Zia” who has worked with the most important orchestras of Piacenza. The Mazzoni Band will return August 10th at the August Festivities of Vicobarone.

Sunday, June 8th, The Gianni Liscio Band, Sunday June 15th, the entire day will be dedicated to accordions with the first grand accordian festival. From 10.00 AM to 18.00 PM, the bar and restaurant will be open for musicians, accordian players and aficionado. Aside from Maestro Marco Lo Russo, and the School of Musica Suono Libero of Stradella directed by Daniele Masiero, other surprise guests are scheduled to appear. From 21.00 dancing with Ivan Spalazzi.

Sunday, June 22nd, Danilo Rancati and his band will offer a rich repertory of ballroom dances from waltzes, mazurka, polka, tango, latin American and disco. Danilo Rancati will be back Sunday, July 13th.

Sunday, June 29th, Ivan Spalazzi returns, Sunday, July 6th, Alberto Kalle, July 20th, Marino Castelli and July 27th, Beppe Maccagni.
